Peace through the immense thoughts...

​Everyday I can have thousands of thoughts going through my head. And many times I can feel overwhelmed, frustrated & just plain mad. At times I feel like I want to let go or just give up. And I can complain or ugg loudly with words…Then I stop!  I know better!  Yes in this world I will deal with frustration, thoughts that aren’t mine and distractions at every turn. But God!
I don’t say But God lightly. I say this because it is a daily battle. My thoughts are racing and I MUST TAKE CONTROL OF THEM!  I stop, I take a deep breath and I say “God I can’t do this, please Help me Jesus”. 
It’s then when I feel like a warm, comfy blanket of peace is wrapped around me. My mind quiets and specific thoughts come. I write them down, thank God for His help and I do those tasks. When my mind starts racing again, I stop & go back to my list. My list given when I asked for the Helper Who loves me, loves US, so much He wants to be involved in EVERY part of our life. 
We have the ability to overcome ANYTHING & EVERYTHING that has happened to us, against us, by us, things we chose, things chosen for us, abuse, addiction, emotional, mental, physical. The ALL & the EVERY CAN BE OVERCOME, if we choose to do WHATEVER & EVERYTHING we need to get through it with the One is with us through it. I know, I’m proof!
Father lead us to the Truth of what a real relationship with Jesus is and how to practically live with Him. Show us Lord how to allow the Holy Spirit to live through us, the vessel created & purposed for You & Your glory!  Father, the best is only found through the work of Jesus and our heart change towards Him and by Him. Help us, show us & prepare our hearts to see, hear & understand Your Truth, The Truth.  In Jesus’ perfect and powerful & loving name, Amen!!!
